Urgent Support Request
To resolve an urgent issue, a ticket number is required. Obtain one by emailing support@zrm.dk with [URGENT] in the subject line.
Terms of Emergency Support
- ZRM is not responsible for delays due to force majeure or third-party software issues beyond our control.
- As a general rule, emergency tasks are free if the issue is not caused by the company.
- If the issue is due to the company’s actions, a fee of DKK 2,000 per hour (excl. VAT) applies.
- Emergency tasks are always billed for a minimum of one (1) hour, even if resolved faster.
- When an emergency request is submitted to ZRM, we begin resolving it immediately. Unless the task is expected to take more than 8 hours, the company will not receive a time estimate unless explicitly requested.
