Zoho Grows 40% Among Small Businesses – and Expands with New Features

Zoho, a global software company with more than 125 million users, reports a 40% increase in small business customers in the first half of 2025. This significant growth is accompanied by a series of updates across the platform’s products, aimed at giving small businesses access to more advanced features – without compromising on price or accessibility.

New Capabilities Across Six Products

  • Bigin: Now integrates with Shopify, QuickBooks, and over ten payment gateways, plus AI agents for churn analysis and automated responses.

  • Zoho Commerce: Now supports digital product sales, loyalty programs, and direct commerce via WhatsApp.

  • Zoho Contracts: Gains a built-in AI assistant, stronger e-signature functionality, and tighter integration with Zoho CRM.

  • Zoho Solo: Brings everything a solopreneur needs into one app—now with timesheets, expense tracking, and AI analytics.

  • Zoho Start: Offers free LLC registration in the U.S. (excluding state fees).

  • Zoho Notebook: Adds AI features such as transcription, mind maps, and automatic smart-tags.

Why Does It Matter?

According to McKinsey’s The State of AI report, over three-quarters of global businesses now report using AI in at least one business function.
